Nike Zoom Waffle XC VII

The Nike Zoom Waffle XC VII is a cross country racing spike designed for distances from 3k to 10k. It is suitable for grass, dirt,  and rubber surfaces.

Run fast on any surface—but especially dirt—in these Zoom Waffle XC VII cross country running shoes. This update to the popular Nike Zoom Waffle series features an aggressive rubber waffle outsole, and 4 spike receptacles for customizable traction to match any racing conditions.  This spike is suitable for all grass or muddy courses, and can also be used on dirt or rubber tracks as a distance spike. Includes eight 3/8″ pyramid metal spikes plus two blanks and a spike wrench.

The Zoom Waffle XC 7 is the CURRENT model, released in July 2008. It is offered only as a men’s spike version.
