The Nike Zoom Waffle XC VI is a cross country racing spike designed for distances from 3k to 10k. It is suitable for dirt, grass, and rubber surfaces.

This legacy shoe from the popular Nike Zoom Waffle series features an aggressive rubber waffle outsole, and 4 spike receptacles for customizable traction to match any racing conditions. This spike is suitable for all grassy or muddy courses, and can also be used on dirt or rubber tracks as a distance spike.
The Zoom Waffle XC 6 model has been DISCONTINUED as of June 2007. Sizes and availability may be limited. It is offered only as a men’s spike version.
