The Asics Dirt Dog 2 is a high-quality versatile cross country racer designed for the runner who requires traction, comfort, and light weight on many different types of terrain. It has an innovative spike plate design that allows you to use it on almost any surface. It includes rubberized pins for use on courses containing paved surfaces, along with regular metal spike pins for dirt and grass.
The rear gel cushioning provides shock reduction in the heel, reducing the impact of the pounding your legs sustain during the run. Perfect for those muddy, wet races, but also great to race with on any surface! You can really bite into the course with this versatile cross country racer.
This shoe model has been DISCONTINUED. Sizes and availability may be limited. It has been replaced by the Asics Dirt Dog 3.
